Conference Room Cleaning

Standard conference room scope covers: table surface and chairs (wiped, not just dusted), whiteboard cleaning or preservation depending on type, AV equipment exterior wipe-down, credenza and presentation surface cleaning, floor vacuuming or sweeping and mopping, trash removal, and a chair-reset to the meeting configuration.

For offices where conference rooms run heavy use on specific days, we can schedule additional attention before or after high-use periods. This is a scope item, not an add-on charge.

Breakroom Cleaning

Breakroom scope covers: countertop and sink, exterior surfaces of refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster, table and chairs, floor, trash and recycling bins, paper towel and soap restocking. Interior of appliances (refrigerator purge, microwave interior beyond standard wiping) requires specific agreement and is priced separately.

High-Contact Surface Protocols

Both spaces receive high-contact surface disinfection on every visit: door handles, light switches, cabinet pulls, and faucet handles. This is not an extra service — it is part of the standard scope for these areas.

Scheduling Around Your Use

If your conference rooms are in heavy use through 6pm but are clear by 7pm, we schedule breakroom and conference room cleaning first. If your all-hands meeting runs Tuesday mornings and the conference room needs to be ready at 8am Wednesday, we account for that in the sequence. We confirm your schedule during the walkthrough and build it into the scope.
